WINONA, Minn. A Trempealeau driver, Leslie Joseph Lakey, was jailed on a potential charge of driving while intoxicated. Deputies said he had been weaving across the fog and center lines. An on-site breath test measured 0.14% alcohol in his blood – more than double the legal treshold for impairment. The arrest was about 12:40 a.m.
