LACROSSE, Wis. – Fall enrollment at the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse is off 1.5% to a headcount of 10,314.  Natalie Solverson, director of campus planning, attributed the drop to fewer students returning to school this fall, as well as to enrollment slippage in some graduate programs. The good news, Solverson said, is a record freshman class of 2,207. Also, nearly 400 students have transferred from other colleges.
