WINONA, Minn. – Three Covid cases are active at Winona State, the university reported n its latest weekly update. There also is one staff infection. These numbers compare to 10 and one the previous week. The campus situation is counter to a new D strain Covid spike statewide, to 2,900 new cases in the same week. Winona County had new cases jn the same week.
