KELLOGG, Minn. – An Eau Claire man lost control of his van and went into the ditch on Highway 42 between Kellogg and Plainview. The driver, Lavern Lynn Schultz, 74, didn’t appear seriously hurt but was taken to the Wabasha hospital to be sure. The accident occurred about 12:45 p.m.
