WINONA, Minn. – The president of the Winona bank company WNB Financial, David Vaselaar, has an additional title. He’s now both president and chief executive officer. The company’s governing board, which made the appointment, said that Jack Richter will continue in charge of the parent company WNB Holding. Vaselaar has 33 years in banking, most recently as WNB Financial president and chief operating officer. Before that he was in banking in Windom, Minnesota; Arlington, South Dakota; and Phoenix, Arizona.
