ROCHESTER, Minn. – A mid-size vehicle burned up on the shoulder near Apache Mall, blocking northbound U.S. Highway 52 during the afternoon commute. No one was in the vehicle. Firefighters however, didn’t know the vehicle was unoccupied until they quelled the flames. The fire was in the engine compartment.
