ROCHESTER, Minn. – A Rochester driver was hurt but not seriously when her vehicle slid on ice and snow on Highway 52 and struck a median barrier. Norma Cardenas, 43, was wearing a seatbelt, the State Patrol said. The accident was about 8:20 a.m. at the Civic Center Drive interchange. She was driving a 2006 Pontiac Montana.
