DRESBACH, Minn. – An Illinois driver escaped life-threatening injury when she lost control on Interstate 90 ice and snow just short of the Mississippi River bridge and left the right-of-way. Taylor E. Williams, 21, of Rockford, Illinois, was headed west in 2005 Honda Civic. She was taken to a LaCrosse hospital. The accident was shortly before 8 a.m.
