WABASHA, Minn. –The Wabasha County Board voted 3-2 to cut the county prosecutor’s salary by $20,000 — down to $110,000. At the meeting Commissioner Don Springer led the criticism of Stinson. “Sex offenders walk away with the slap on the hand, don’t have to register as a sex offender. DUIs are pleaded down.
