WINONA, Minn.– A county vaccination clinic planned for teachers and child-care providers is running late. Melanie Tatge, public health county supervisor, said intense weather has delayed vaccine shipments, including 200 doses expected for Tatge’s site. If the shipment arrives in time, Tatge said, the county will hold the clinic Thursday.
