WINONA, Minn. – Police ticketed a man who had been reported in a lewd act in the weeds in the alley behind the 150 block of West Second Street downtown. Police said they asked Brently Steven Johnson, 61, why he was naked. He explained he was hot so he took his clothes off. This was about 10:25 a.m. He denied the lewd act that a passerby had reported. Johnson, who was believed homeless, was ticketed for indecent exposure.
