Large turnout. About 40 people showed up for the Wilson Township elections and annual budget-setting meeting. The township, one of the largest in Winona Cunty, has 1,200 people. Civility, grassroots discussion and expressions of concern for neighbors were in abundance. Special recognition and applause were given to Fire Chief Josh Murphy and his department.
