WINONA, Minn. – High wind tore the roof off the U.S; Fish and Wildlife supply depot and garages on Layette Street about 3 p.m. The only employee in the structure was unhurt. There was no imminent danger to public safety, firefighters said. The depot is next to the giant Bay State Milling grain elevators on the levee.
