ALMA, Wis. – A Winona police officer, Joshua Squires, forfeited $680 for charges of drunken boating. Squires, 47, had been arrested by a game warden on July 4. By not appearing in Buffalo County court, Squires forfeited $452 on the intoxicated boating charge and $232 on a charge of operating a boat at night without proper lighting.
