WINONA, Minn. – Four Winna County sheriff’s deputies have been recognized by the state Traffic Safety Office for enforcing drunken-driving laws. Honored were Zach Buerck, Tanner Klay, Chad Myers and Craig Wurzel. Singled out was Myers, who made four arrests in a single shift, which has happened only a few times in state history. This was Myers’ 11th consecutive recognition.
