GRAND MEADOW, Minn. — A Winona woman was killed when her vehicle drifted off Interstate 90 and crashed head-on into a bridge abutment, the State Patrol reported. Jasmine Jasmine Katherine Brown, age 27, was alone. The accident was about 8 p.m. near one of the I-90 Dexter exits. Brown was headed west toward Austin in a 2017 Chevro;et Traverse. Mower County deputies said the vehicle rolled several times, coming to rest in both westbound lanes.
