WINONA, Minn. — Winona County broke the 900 mark for COVID-19 infections with 18 new cases. The new total: 906. The Minnesota Department of Health said the total included one case transferred from another county, due to the patient’s residence originally incorrectly listed. With no new deaths, the county pandemic mortality total remained at 18.
