WINONA, Minn. – Twenty-three new positive cases of COVID-19 were reported at Winona State, for a total of 49 active cases, the university reported in a weekly update. With new cases in decline from the previous week, the university remains in the yellow Level 2 safety rating. Meanwhile, 67students were in quarantining, 81 in ] isolation.
