WINONA, Minn. — The Winona hospital has been rated in the top 7% of U.S. hospital emergency rooms by Women’s Choice Award. More than 4,600 U.S. hospitals were evaluated in patient satisfaction and publicly reported performance measures Andrew Teska, emergency services at Winona Health,was not surprised: “When patients come through our doors, they’re often having one of the worst days of their lives.
