WINONA, Minn. — Despite the disruption of the Covid pandemic, the graduation rates for students in Winona public schools last year remained relatively stable at about 200.. The latest data filed with the State Education Department showed nearly of students in the Class of 2020 graduated in four years. At the high school, the rate was 86.2%. At the Learning Center, which offers nontraditional support and resources, the rate was 17.9%.
