WINONA, Minn. –Winona Hugh School seniors Jasper Hedin and Anthony Bruguier were honored at the school’s Orchestra Festival Concert. Hedin, a cellist, was given the CodaBow Award for inspiring the joy of playing. The award: A bow with his name inscribed at the frog. Bruguier, a base violinist, was given the National School Orchestra Award for commitment and leadership.
