WINONA, Minn. –  A Winona first-grader who helped organize a drive for face masks, Jenna See, outdid herself. Her goal was 100 masks. She ended up with 707. The masks, home-made and colorful and fun, will be used for students at Jefferson School who forgot theirs at home.
