WINONA, Minn. — Ten new COVID-19 cases were confirmed in Winona County by the state Health Department, but the department also remover eight cases from the county roster due to either false positives, accidental duplications or incorrect residence originally listed.With a sum-gain of two cases, the county’s total infections now are at 852. Of the 852, 18 patients have died.
