WINONA, Minn. – The Winona Main Street Program is sponsoring an event, Shop Small Weekend, on November 28 and 29. Coordinator Ben Strand said: “Think of the happy dance that those mall business employees and small business owners will be doing every time you make a purchase and stop in at their place of business.” Most businesses offer curbside pick-up, he said. Strand noted that retail shops may operate at full capacity under a new pandemic executive order from Governor Tim Walz.
