ROCHESTER, Minn. – A Winona woman, Taylor Dixon, 20, was charged with spitting in an officer eye during a traffic stop that turned into a drug arrest. Because of traces of marijuana inside the vehicle, officers said they had searched and found 71 oxycodone pills in Dixon’s purse. In the process of the arrest, Dixon spat on the officer. according to the criminal complaint. This was n the morning in the 200 block of Second Street Southwest in Rochester.
