WINONA, Minn. — City Hall will reopen for walk-in business Monday for the first time in nearly a year. The building has been closed to the public since March because of the Co-Vid pandemic. Meetings of the City Council and other boards and commissions will continue online via Zoom. The city asked visitors not to come to City Hall if they feel ill or have been exposed to Co-Vid. Also, please limit time in the building to 15 minutes, wear a mask and practice social distancing.
