WINONA, Minn. – A St. Paul woman, Alicia Lashay Moore, 25, was charged with stealing $534 worth of clothing from a Winona store. The theft, on June 7, was caught on surveillance video, police said. Moore failed to scan the items at a self-checkout station, police said.
