ROCHESTER, Minn. – A woman was found dead in freshly fallen snow and a man next to her with severe hypothermia. This was about 2:50 p.m. on the Southwest Side near the Crossroads Shopping Center and just north of the Rochester Math and Science Academy. Police believed the woman was homeless. They were working to establish her identify, as well as that of the man. The man was taken to a hospital and reported recovering.
