WINONA, Minn. — A witness reported hearing a woman shouting and caught a glimpse of what the witness said looked like a pair of legs being dragged into a car. This was at Saint Mary’s University about 8:10 p.m. Police and campus security began scanning surveillance footage that may have captured the incident. So far: A dead-end.
