ROCHESTER Minn. — A Rochester woman, Amanda Diaz, 32, was sentenced to three years in prison for molesting a boy at his mother’s apartment. The boy was younger than 13. Diaz was also placed on 25 years probation. Diaz had pleaded guilty even though she said she was too drunk to remember. She was charged with entering the apartment on New Year’s Eve in 2019. The boy told his mother what happened when she returned home. The mother’s boyfriend was in the apartment but was sleeping.
