WINONA, Minn. – Women bikers will roar through Winona, 250 of them, on Thursday. The stop-over is part of a three-day circuit sponsored for 40 years by Women on Wheels. Stops include ice-cream socials and special speakers to engage with the community. The sponsor is the Minnesota-based Polaris manufacturer of Indian motorcycles.
