WINONA, Minn. – The yellow COVID campus safety level can continue at Winona State University. The new weekly status report shows 10 new positive cases, down significantly from the previous week. The current campus total of active-pos cases: 31. Cumulative positive cases reported since August 24 total 474. Other indicators in the update:
