WINONA, Minn. — The YMCA building at the foot of the Interstate Bridge underwent a fresh scrub-down and sanitation after a staff member reported testing positive for coronavirus. Chief executive Janneke Sobeck said the infected staff member was in self-isolation and would not return until cleared.
