LACROSSE, Wis. – An ex-felon with a drug record was told he will have to come up with $1 million to get out of jail and even then have to come back to court to face the music. Judge Todd Bjerke set the bond. The defendant, Jade Justice Deeny, 26, has been in this situation before and spent time in prison for drugs. This time he was caught with a drug-making facory set up in a storage unit, police said. In the unit, police said, Deeny had tools to custom-press illegal drug products from a variety of of raw ingredients – amphetamines, cocaine, fentanyl, marijuana, meth, psilocybin, you name it. A specialty seemed to be drug-infused candies, police said.
