COLLEGEVILLE, Minn. – Police captured a suspect at Lake Sagatagan after an all-day manhunt by 16 agencies with a helicopter and a K9 unit. Arrested was Devan Dajon Wilson, 29, whom police said had punched a state trooper during a traffic stop, got back into his car, and fled. After spike strips stopped his car, the man ran off, robbed a man of his clothes, cellphone and keys, and disappeared in a new guise. Ten hours later the was taken without resistance on the Saint John’s University campus. He was taken to a St. Cloud hospital to be checked out, then booked.
