FRIDLEY, Minn. – Two things were reported missing in this north Minneapolis suburb: A 10-year-old child and a black 2018 Chevrolet Equinox. Incredible as it may seem, the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension believed the girl to be driving around the Twin Cities. The Bureau asked for tips. The girl is Ava Whitfield. The vehicle’s plates are Minnesota BAU 358.
