TAYLORS FALLS, Minn. – A rock-climber fell to his death at popular cliffs in Interstate State Park along the St Croix River. The victim was a 23-year-old Minneapolis man. He was unconscious and not breathing when Chisago County sheriff’s deputies responded to a 911 call about 4 p.m. The victim’s name was not released immediately. A fellow climber, a 31-year-old from Savage man, was taken to a hospital. The park straddles the Wisconsin-Minnesota. border at the St, Croix dells.
