ST. CLOUD, Minn. – A Red Wing man was sentenced to 15 years probation for arranging to meet an under-age girl at a cemetery and paying $90 for sex. Jacob Keller, 34, had pleaded guilty in November. The arrest was at an elementary school in a set-up by police based on phone records about the cemetery encounter. The encounter was in Avon Township 15 miles northwest of St. Cloud. The girl, although 15, had told Keller she was 17. The arrest was at the behest of the girl’s guardian. The guardian had come across several messages with men on multiple sites, including Snapchat and Omegle.
