ARENDAHL, Minn. – A brief tornado formed just south of Arendahl and tracked to the east of the town hall on Highway 30, heavily damaging a grove of trees. The tornado weakened quickly north of the damaged grove and dissipated before reaching County Highway 25. Arendahl itself is a wide spot on Highway 30 at Digger Road, 15 miles south of Lewiston but in Fillmore County, not Winona County.
