DECORAH, Iowa – A Chatfield, Minnesota, man took a plea deal and pleaded guilty to enticing a Decorah minor into sexual activity and also for indecent exposure. Damian Eugene Anthony, 19, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and two to five years probation. If probation goes well s, the conviction will be expunged from his record, the judge said.. The victim claimed the abuse happened in April 2019 under the influence of marijuana and possibly alcohol.
