MINNEAPOLIS – Fisherman Josh Dufresne caught a muskie weighing at least 35 pounds from lake Bde Maka Ska in south Minneapolis. The city Park and Recreation Board posted a photo of Dufresne reeling the monster in. He caught the muskie on the east side of the 400-acre lake, The lake itself, formerly known as Lake Calhoun, is the largest in the city’s Chain of Lakes. The maximum depth is 87 feet.
