MINNEAPOLIS – A federal judge, Wilhelmina M. Wright, issued a temporary injunction against a Florida company to stop using the 3M trademarks and representing itself as an authorized retailer, Nationwide Source Inc. was among 3M targets in a series of recent anti-counterfeit actions. The company was accused of selling more than 10,000 counterfeit N95s to Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis. The hospital allegedly paid more than six times above 3M’s standard price for the masks.
