WINONA, Minn. – A West Side bow hunter reported the theft of $4,500 in hunting equipment from a garage. Police were told that crossbows, arrows, trail cameras, and other equipment were missing. A lock on the garage, in the 400 block of Dacota Street, was broken. The owner, who had been out f town, believed the theft was between late November and early December.
