WINONA, Minn. – A brisk housing market continues in Winona. The county recorder, Bob Bambenek, counted 83 sales in November – up 25 from November last year. So far this year, 708 homes have been sold. That, according to Bambenek, compares with 626 in the same period last year. Most sales, he said, were in the $150,000 to $200,000 range.
