LACROSSE, Wis. – After a Gulf-like Sunday with clear skies and highs in the 40s, brace yourself. The LaCrosse weather station has issued a winter weather advisory effective at 6 p.m for southeast Minnesota and adjoining Wisconsin and Iowa. There will 2 to 6 inches of snow before the end of the day Tuesday. It gets worse. The forecast also calls for of one-10th of an inch of ice.
