CHIPPEWA FALLS, Wis. –  The former treasurer of the non-profit Cardinal Flight Girls Basketball club was charged with stealing $83,000 from the club.  Lisa Johnson, 54, took the money over a seven-year period, according to a criminal complaint. Her successor as treasurer found problems in the club’s books and notified police. Apparently Johnson spent $83,000 from the organization’s accounts but reimbursed only $73,000. Some expenditures were checks made out to herself. Others were at retailers and restaurants. Some were for airline tickets and mobile phone bills. Why did she do it?  Investigators quoted Johnson that she wasn’t very good with money
