RUSHFORD, Minn. – Joan (JoAn) Dorothy Vitse, 83, of Rushford, a bookkeeper at Midland Coop and at Farmers Elevator in Houston, died peacefully at home. After retiring, she still worked — at Good Shepherd Lutheran Home as a dietary aide. She also delivered meals on wheels.
