BLACK RIVER FALLS, Wis. – A ceremony is scheduled Tuesday to sign a revised agreement between the Ho-Chunk Nation and the U.S. government  to protect sacred tribal sites and  archaeological and historical areas at the Army’s 60,000-acre Fort McCoy. The signing ceremony will be at the Ho-Chunk Nation office building. The agreement is a periodic update of an original treaty. Detailed is how the Ho-Chunks have input on natural resource issues These issues include traditional plants and natural medicines.
