MADISON, Wis. – A federal judge sentenced an Osseo man to 17 years in prison for child pornography that included images he shot of himself assaulting a girl who was as young as 5, perhaps 6 or 7, at the time. Levi A. Robb had pleaded guilty earlier this year. U.S. Judge William Conley called Robb’s conduct “reprehensible beyond words.” The gravity of Robb’s conduct warranteded a sentence above the mandatory minimum, the judge said. The girl, now 11, told her father that Robb had assaulted her several years earlier. Dozens of other child images were found in Robb’s phones.
