ROCHESTER, Minn. – A Rochester man was arrested after police reported finding 80 child porn videos on his phone while searching his home. Joshua Coop., 31, was charged with multiple felonies of possessing and distributing materials depicting children under 13, at least one appearing as young as 5. One video, police said, was a juvenile girl with whom Coop was involved. Bond was set at $250,000.
